Produced from Frantoio (NZJ5) olives, a Tuscan variety perfectly suited to Northland conditions, the fruit is harvested from our 500 mature olive trees on the banks of the Oruaiti River. Following a warm Northland summer, the olives are harvested at peak ripeness and transported to Olivado Pressing House in Waipapa for immediate cold pressing to preserve their freshness, flavour and quality.
