Awarded a Bronze Medal at the Oliveti New Zealand Olive Oil Awards, our Heritage Harvest 2024 celebrates an outstanding Northland season and the craftsmanship behind every bottle.
Produced from Frantoio (NZJ5) olives, a Tuscan variety well suited to Northland's climate, the fruit is harvested each May from our 500-tree grove on the banks of the Oruaiti River. The olives are transported to Olivado Pressing House in Waipapa and cold pressed to preserve their natural flavours and aromas.
The result is a beautifully balanced extra virgin olive oil with fresh green fruit notes, a smooth texture and a distinctive peppery finish. Perfect for salads, dipping, cooking and finishing dishes.
